ATL Hoodrat aka SOULJA GIRL goes crazy on the Marta!

This young lady needs psychiatric help as do lots of people who end up in jail and will never get what they truly need.  Given her brief accusations of someone on the train being someone who raped her, you can see how her mental issues could put others behind bars as well, innocent or guilty.
